Entrants

We now engage the “mystery phase” of Two Moon.  If you’ve visited previously, you would have seen the entrants spread either here or on the Staggered Start page, and made notes accordingly; if you haven’t visited before, likely it doesn’t matter who’s coming or who’s not wrt how you decide what to do with your time during the event.  As noted on the Results page, we don’t consider this a race, but more just a playful (yet very challenging) romp on the Ridge behind Ojai.  To enhance its street cred as a non-race, C2M won’t disclose real names with any raw times until the interest of the general population has moved onto something more proximate on the calendar (like, the next weekend’s race?).  What the general population will see shortly the event is history, is the manipulated times of finishers based on their accumulation of Bonus or Boner Minutes (such distribution certain to torque off more than a few unsuspecting/un-C2M-savvy runners).  So, are you confused by this monologue?  Visit again a couple weeks after the event, and you’ll likely see “real” names with “real” times, and a bunch of stories, too.  ow-WOOOO!!
